It stood empty since the 90's, a mausoleum of the glory days waiting to be re-birthed. On New Year's eve, these these golden halls will be filled with life, color and pizzazz befitting its dazzling perfection. Skin at The LA Weekly Detour Festival, downtown LA Cal Trans Plaza 100 N. Main St. Skin will be projecting their visuals on the entire side of the Cal Trans building during their show and doing aerial acrobatics from the structure. not to be missed! Oh, yeah the festival also features Beck, Queens of the Stone Age, Basement Jaxx, VHS or Beta, !!!, and many others!

Skin at the Vegas Music Conference Skin is performing live at the first Vegas Music Conference at The Empire Ballroom with Rabbit in the Moon. BURNING MAN! Skin will be performing in the Cirque Berzerk bigtop wednesday August 30th and Saturday night after the man burns. SKIN will also be doing a special set after the temple burn on the Fringe Art Car and the Fear Trap. don't miss it!

So here's the deal: Cirque Berzerk, Gooferville, Xeno, Vau De Vire, The Enheightened Beings of Leisure, Totem and others have gotten their collective weirdo circus asses together fo form a village at Burning Man this year: The Red Nose District. filled with giant big tops, performance arenas, side shows, stilt bars, midway games, etc. etc. etc. Of course all this costs $$$$ which certainly doesn't come pouring in from a gift economy (hey, we like blinky toys as much as the next guys but they sure don't pay the bills). SKIN at Coachella So this year at Coachella SKIN slips in the door. SKIN's India's Got the Bomb video will be featured as part of the Coachella Independent Film Festival in the film tent at Coachella.
